Each individual student has specific preferences for company type and managerial or department activity. The coordination office establish before end of November the first round with individual meetings. The purpose of them is to capture those individual preferences and to explain tentative recommendations for fixing the internship. To be a successful candidate is sometimes a hard task. It is required from the beginning to hold up a pro-active attitude to look for positions applying to the companies. Internship can start on December and cannot be made after September 30th.
Students must pro-actively look for the best internship they are interested in. There are many sources for searching, like professional social media portals (linkedin, infojobs, glassdoor,…), direct companies web pages or HR department contacts, direct contact based in previous experiences, etc.
To send to the Coordination time the actual and updated CV is mandatory, including updated information about telephone number, address, etc. The coordination team is happy to call or send emails to unanswered applications showing the interest and support of the University for the student.
