The IMBM master project requirement aims at two major objectives:
- To put academic knowledge, tools and skills acquired into practice, facing contemporary organisations problems and report on solutions. The project contribution should be applied, practical and work-based.
- To learn a working method approach: To clearly define you research question, to conduct an in-depth literature and sources review, to establish clear objectives and sub-objectives which can be measured, to conduct field trip work like surveys, interviews, observations, …, to analyse data retrieved, to obtain results, and to reach conclusions recognising limitations.
Some aspects to be covered:
- Deep investigation and enquiry on management and business situation(s)
- Research and literature review and other sources
- Actual application possibilities and practicality
- Adding value and contribute to the body of knowledge in the field
- Appropriate financial analysis when applicable in the design and development or introduction of new procedures, solutions and/ or interventions.
